Individual Therapy

My speciality lies in working with children, youth, and young adults as well as their parents. Through collaborative goal-setting, we will work together to achieve meaningful outcomes. I offer talk therapy alongside the development of practical skills, aimed at cultivating healthy coping strategies to help manage your difficult emotions long-term.

Recognizing that each individual is unique, I personalize every session to cater to their therapeutic needs. This involves employing a diverse range of approaches that align with and address those specific needs.

Family Therapy

I provide both individual psychotherapy for children, youth, and young adults, and at the same time, I also believe it is critical to include parents and families in your child's therapeutic journey to obtain the best results.

 

I work to understand your family’s dynamics and focus on communication patterns while highlighting the family’s positive interactions and relationships. This collaborative approach helps families to build strong bonds and gain a deeper understanding of each other's needs.

I approach each individual and family with a new and open lens. I focus on your strengths and how we can work together to utilize those strengths in order to reach your goals.
